Ms. S.Manaswi, learned counsel, representing Sri Venkat Sailendra G., learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner had received the amount claimed in this writ petition and hence nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and the same can be closed. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
