Atia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K. Gogoi, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam for all the respondents. Mr. Gogoi has pointed out that the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in his individual capacity whereas it appears that the work order, which has not been annexed to the writ petition, was issued in favour of one M/s ZOLOXO Private Ltd. Submitting so, he has submitted that the writ petition in the present form is not maintainable. Mr. Atia, after submitting for some time, has submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to be withdrawn in order to file afresh with appropriate details and in the correct form. In view of the above submission made by Mr. Atia, learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the submission made by Mr. Gogoi, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Assam, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
