When this matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel would submit that the Kumbhabhishekam of the subject Temple was already conducted and hence, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
