No. A1686/2018 dated 31.01.2019 and the action of the 4th Respondent in not considering the petitioner's application and rejecting to issue Pattadar Passbooks in respect of petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac 1.88 cts in Sy. No. 352 at Chinnachowk Village, Kadapa District as illegal, highhanded, unconstitutional, deliberate, unwarranted,

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Dasari Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Sri K.B. Ramanna Dora, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No
