Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, as per instructions, oppose the present petition for quashing of the FIR No.74/2012 dated 02.07.2012 under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at PS.: Economic Offence Wing, Delhi sought on the basis of the settlement inter se the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since there is a Settlement Agreement dated 10.11.2014 entered inter se the parties, which has been duly acted upon by the parties, the respondent nos.2 and 3 now at this stage cannot retract.

Be that as it may, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and for seeking quashing on merits and/ or other This is a digitally signed order.
