This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties No.1 & 2 to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus shall not be issued against them directing to consider the objection made by the Petitioner under annexure-7 and pass necessary orders after providing her an opportunity of hearing to her as required under the Railways Act, 1989, And if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said rule absolute by directing the Opp. Parties No.1 & 2 to forthwith consider the Petitioner's objection under annexure-7 and dispose of the same by an order after providing an opportunity of hearing to her, And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as deemed fit and proper in the interest of Justice, And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray.” 3. Mr. Roy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the writ petition is premature as the objection filed by the Petitioner under Annexure-7 may not be considered at present as no award under Section-20- F(2) of the Railways Act, 1989 has yet been passed. 4. He therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law for redressal of the grievances of the Petitioner. 5. Mr. Sethi, learned Senior Panel Counsel does not have any objection to such prayer. 6. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised may avail remedy in accordance with law for redressal of her grievances. (K.R.
