The limited grievance of the petitioner is that his application for mutation is not being accepted by the Tahasildar, Chandabali. This Court has repeatedly held that the Tahasildar cannot refuse to accept the application for mutation filed by a person and he is bound to register the same, though, he has the liberty to consider the same in accordance with law thereafter. 3. The writ application is therefore, disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file the application within a week in online mode.
