Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to avail alternate remedy under Section 76 of the Punjab State Election Commission Act, 1994, which permission has also been impliedly granted by the learned Single Judge in paragraph No.12 of the impugned judgment. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3. It is clarified that while granting the afore liberty, we have neither commented on the merits nor the maintainability/entertainability of the remedy that the appellant may avail. 4. If any remedy, in terms of the liberty granted through this order, is availed by the appellant, the same shall be decided by the competent authority within six months from the date of its filing, in accordance with law. 5.
