Paragraph No.4 of the said G.O reads as follows:- “4. The Government after careful examination have decided to accept the proposal of the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Land Reforms, Chepauk, Chennai and accordingly hereby order to release the land measuring an extent of 1,10,041 sq.mts in S.Nos.886, 891, 908, 915, 916 & 931 of Chathiram Pudukulam Village in Tirunelveli Urban Agglomeration from the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Act, 1978 in compliance of the order dated 28.01.2019 of the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in W.P.(MD)No.24305 of 2016 and to direct the Commissioner, Land Reforms / Urban Land Ceiling & Urban Land Tax, Chepuak, Chennai to take appropriate action accordingly.” 2. The learned Government Advocate assures this Court that corresponding mutations will be carried out in the revenue records. In the G.O itself, Muthukumarswamy has been shown as deceased.
