By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 1471/2025, dated 12.12.2025, registered at P.S. Karol Bagh, under Sections 465/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [“IPC”]. 2. Ms. Aanchal Budhraja, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the present FIR was registered at the instance of respondent No. 2 herein pursuant to an order of the Magistrate’s Court dated 08.12.2025. 3. In the meanwhile, she submits that an FIR against respondent No. 2 and her husband has been registered at the instance of the petitioners [FIR No. 571/2023 under Sections 420/406/506/34 IPC]. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the aforesaid submissions. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment upon the merits of either of the FIRs or the proceedings arising therefrom.
