Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 30.10.2025 passed by Addl. Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in Demarcation Case No.69/2025. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the finding of the Addl. Tahasildar that there is mismatch in plotting maps basing on the report of the licensed surveyor and R.I. is erroneous. It has not been demonstrated as to how such finding is erroneous. No reason has been put forth to disbelieve the report of the R.I. which obviously was based on field verification in the presence of the surveyor as well as the Petitioner himself. This Court therefore, finds no reason to interfere in the matter. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. It shall however, be open to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for demarcation, if the need arises in future. 5.
