Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed over status report in Court, which is taken on record. 3. After some hearing, Mr. Rahul Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the application.
