1. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 179/2024, dated 01.03.2024, registered at Police Station Jagat Puri, District Shahdara, Delhi, under Sections 356/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed over status report in Court, which is taken on record.
3. After some hearing, Mr. Rahul Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, he submits that the Trial Court be requested to expedite the proceedings.

In this view of the matter, it does not appear that the case is unduly prolonged, however, the Trial Court is requested to take steps for expeditious conclusion of the proceedings, to the extent possible in accordance with its own Board and the age of matters pending before it. Mr. Chauhan assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in this process.
6. The application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.
