In view of the fact that the petitioners had earlier approached in ABLAPL No.8134 of 2025 disposed of on 1st September, 2025 with a direction therein for them to surrender before the learned Court below, the Court is not inclined to reconsider the bail plea, however, grants the liberty once again to surrender before the learned court of J.M.F.C., Aul seeking regular bail. 2. Accordingly, it is ordered. 3. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within a fortnight from today and move applications for bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 552 of 2025 arising out of Aul P.S. Case No.213 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Aul, the same shall be entertained during the first hour followed by an order and in the event of rejection, they are at liberty to approach the Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day and for the said purpose, the lower court case record and other relevant papers shall be made available at the time of hearing without delay. 4.
