Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that order of this Court has been complied with. 4. On the last occasion learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for getting instructions. After instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to grant liberty to challenge the speaking order passed by the respondent in compliance of the order of this Court. 5. In view of the compliance admitted by both the parties, no further orders are necessary. 6. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the speaking order issued by the respondent by initiating appropriate proceedings. No order as to costs.
