Learned counsels for the parties draw the attention of this Court to the order dated 04th December, 2025 passed by this Court, in the present petition, wherein, it has been noted as follows: “ Today’s Court proceedings are conducted through hybrid mode. Counsel for the parties jointly submit that matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 04.08.2025. As per the aforesaid settlement, counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand draft dated 02.12.2025 worth Rs.2,20,000/- favouring the respondent and also an amount of Rs.40,000/- by way of cash to counsel for the respondent in Court today. Both the payments are accepted by counsel for the respondent in the presence of the respondent. In view of the above position, list before Hon’ble Court for appropriate orders on 19.01.2026.” 2.
