The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 398/2010 of Police Station Samaypur Badli, Delhi for offence under Section 302/201/120B/34 of the IPC. 1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 28.05.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that he along with his associates killed the deceased and took away head of the deceased. It is also disclosed by learned APP for State that the accused/applicant has already been convicted in another murder case. 3.
