1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 398/2010 of Police Station Samaypur Badli, Delhi for offence under Section 302/201/120B/34 of the IPC. 1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 28.05.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

2. Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that he along with his associates killed the deceased and took away head of the deceased. Learned APP for State has taken me through testimony of PW2 as well as the order dated 10.05.2024 of the co-ordinate bench whereby the previous bail application of the accused/applicant was dismissed. It is also disclosed by learned APP for State that the accused/applicant has already been convicted in another murder case.
3. Since none appears on behalf of accused/applicant, the bail application is dismissed in default.
