1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for the respondent Gaon Sabha.
2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.2 - Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the Revision No.2354 of 2015, filed by the private respondents, within stipulated period fixed by this Court.
3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that aforesaid revision is pending since 2015 and adjournments are being granted without recording justifiable reasons as provided under Para 458(2) of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual. It is submitted that petitioner is the only contesting respondent in the revision, who has already appeared and filed his objection.
4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the aforesaid revision shall be decided by the concerned authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the aforementioned revision, by passing appropriate order, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
