All the ABLAPLs are taken up together and disposed of by the following common order. 2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3. Instant petitions have been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case Nos.09 of 2026 arising out of Telkoi P.S. Case No.09 of 2026 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Telkoi on the grounds stated therein. 4. Perused the F.I.R as at Annexure-1. The petitioners are alleged to have involved themselves in the illicit transportation of cattle. It is informed to the Court that the petitioners have antecedents of similar nature. 5. Recorded the objection of the State. 6. Considering the allegations in the FIR i.e. Annexure-1 with the claim therein that some of the accused persons are traders and involved in such illegal transportation in an organized way, this Court though not inclined to grant pre- arrest bail to any of them, but is of the view that they should surrender before the learned court below for being released with stringent conditions under the impression that the investigation has progressed considerably. 7. Accordingly, it is ordered. 8. In the result, the ABLAPLs stand disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the court of learned JMFC, Telkoi within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail in connection with Telkoi P.S. Case No.09 of 2026 corresponding to G.R. Case No.09 of 2026 subject to them furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below, which shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, all of them shall attend the P.S. and report the I.O. for the purpose of investigation as and when summoned and to furnish an undertaking that they shall not be involved in any such nefarious activities, while on bail. 9.
