Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the application dated 07.04.2026 addressed to the Regional Director, Northern Region (RD, NR1), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, which was duly received on 08.04.2026, regarding “Compounding Order vide Company Application No.RDNR/CUMP/204(1)/F63804504/2024 in the matter of Non Compliance under Section 204(1) of the Companies Act 2013. (CIN:U52110DL1988PLC032914)”, which is taken on record.
2. Considering the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present petition.
3. Before parting, the Regional Director is requested to take up the aforesaid application as early as possible and not give effect to the order dated 26.02.2026 till the outcome thereof.
4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
