(CIN:U52110DL1988PLC032914)”, which is taken on record. 2. Considering the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3. Before parting, the Regional Director is requested to take up the aforesaid application as early as possible and not give effect to the order dated 26.02.2026 till the outcome thereof. 4.
