Therefore, she filed the above revision seeking for speedy disposal of O.S.No.113 of 2024. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the revision petitioner, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Additional District Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of O.S.No.113 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
