In the draft plaint, it is stated that the letter of credit was issued by the first and second respondents and that the third respondent was the negotiating bank. It is also stated that such letter of credit was issued in relation to supply of goods by the applicant/plaintiff to the fourth respondent. 3. Considering the averments in the draft plaint, I am satisfied that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for by granting leave to the applicant to sue respondents 1 and 4 before this Court.
