Binda Pur for commission of offences under Sections 186/353/332/342/356/379/411/34 IPC. 3. It seems that, quite probably, because of registration of the abovesaid FIR, the passport has not been released. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court This is a digitally signed order.
