Mr. Mohapatra submits that the total amount over-due as on 31.01.2026 is Rs.61,274/- plus stockyard charges @Rs.100/- per day. 3. Mr. Ali, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 5th February 2026 the Petitioner has paid an amount of Rs.20,000/-, which is disputed by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for State Bank of India. 4. It goes without saying that, if the Petitioner fails to make payment of over-dues amount as stipulated above, the Bank is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. 5.
