It is submitted that the case is false and motivated and, since the services of the complainant was terminated, it is only out of annoyance she has got the present FIR registered against the petitioner. 3. However, after hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition at this stage. 4. He seeks liberty to file petition at a later stage and as and when need so arises. 5. Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. 6. Pending application also stands disposed of. 7.
