The petitioners have, reportedly, married on 07.07.2026 at Arya Samaj Vivah Sthal Trust, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3. Copy of the marriage certificate and photographs have also been placed on record. 4. When query was made by this Court, they both confirmed the abovesaid date of marriage and submitted that they knew each other from past one year. 5. Petitioner No.2 submits that she apprehends some threats from her father who may or might have instituted some case against them. Learned ASC for the State appears on advance notice. 7. SI Harsh Sharma has also joined the proceedings through video-conferencing. 8. During arguments, contact details of the concerned SHO, and other officials including W/SI Durgesh and Beat Officer have been shared with the petitioners. They have been, thus, directed to get in touch with the abovesaid police officers, in case, they find any difficulty or apprehend any further threat. 9. Needless to say, in any such situation, the concerned SHO, shall take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. The Beat Officer shall also visit their house, on every alternate day, for one month. 10. In view of the above, at this juncture, the petitioners do not seek any further relief. 11. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 12. Needless to say, in case, the threat perception is still there, the petitioner would be at liberty to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court, afresh. 13.
