The petitioners have filed this petition for commanding the respondents to release and pay the wages of the petitioners w.e.f. April 2024 as Anganwadi Helper and Anganwadi Worker respectively and further for directing the respondents to supply the requisite material in the Anganwadi Centre so as to make it functional. 2. Notice to the respondents. 3. Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG waives notice. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition be disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the grievance projected by the petitioners in the writ petition and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 5. Mr. Meharban Singh, learned AAG submits that a speaking order shall be passed regarding the grievance of the petitioners as projected in the writ petition. Serial No. 146 2 WP(C) No. 2038/2026 6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioners as projected in the writ petition and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
