The joint application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner and the private respondents for disposal of the instant petition in terms of the amicable settlement which has been arrived between the parties, the details of which find mention in the compromise deed which have been annexed with the instant application. 02. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents also acknowledges the said fact and submits that the instant petition can be disposed of in the light of the compromise deed/family settlement. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with with submissions which has been made, the same is allowed. Accordingly CM No. 2037/2026 stands disposed of. 222 Suppl- I WP(C) No. 2588/2024: 03. In light of the amicable settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the private respondents by way of a deed of compromise, the instant writ petition along with all connected applications stands disposed of.
