At the outset, learned counsel for petitioners appearing through videoconferencing seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh after rectifying some technical defect. 3. As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. But it is made clear that liberty to file afresh does not mean that the petition deserves to be allowed despite such serious allegations in the FIR including the multiple stabbing incident.
