The Petitioner’s grievance is that despite the e-challans having been issued against his vehicle bearing registration No.OD-01-C-5520 under Annexure-2 series, the same are not taken up by the Competent Court. 3. Considering such limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, State Transport Authority, Odisha, Cuttack (O.P.No.2) to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, as per e-challans issued under Annexure-2 series, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 4.
