Present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the arrest of the petitioner dated 31.01.2025 in connection with FIR No. 26 dated 25.01.2025, registered under Sections 103(1), 109, 191(3), 190 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, read with Sections 25, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant submits that, during the pendency of the present petition, petitioner has been granted the concession of regular bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.05.2026. In view thereof, it is submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Ordered accordingly. Present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
