It had been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition that notice taken to the fifth respondent on 28.11.2022 had been returned as ‘no such person’. Private notice had also been returned as ‘no such person’. This Court by order dated 10.12.2025 had permitted the petitioner to effect substituted service. 2.In view of this fact, this petition stands allowed. The petitioner/appellant is permitted to effect service on the fifth respondent by publishing in Malai Malar having circulation in Vellore District on or before 13.03.2026 for the hearing dated 15.04.2026. 3.List the matter on 15.04.2026 to report compliance.
