Through the medium of the instant miscellaneous application supported with an affidavit, the applicant/petitioner through his counsel seeks the preponement of the main petition to enable him to seek the withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a fresh petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and considered his submissions. On the grounds mention in the application coupled with the submissions made at the Bar, the same is allowed and the hearing of the main petition WP(C) No. 783/2026 is proponed for the hearing thereof on today in connection with the proposed withdrawal application. 3. The application is disposed of. Sr. Nos. 232 & 233 2 WP(C) No. 783/2026 CM Nos. 2028/2026 & 2029/2026 in [ WP (C) No. 783/2026 & CM No. 2029/2026 1. The main petition is taken on board pursuant to the preponement of the same. 2. Through the medium of the instant application, supported with an affidavit, the applicant/petitioner through his counsel seeks the withdrawal of this main petition with liberty to file fresh one as according to him some necessary documents having bearing on the merits of the case have not been placed on the present file. His statement is taken on record. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the non-applicants/respondents No. 1 and 4 has no objection in allowing the withdrawal application. 4.
