ORDER The civil revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The respondent herein filed a suit seeking declaration of title and for permanent injunction.
3. The petitioner / defendant filed a written statement along with counter claim on 20.06.2025. In the written statement, petitioner herein raised a counter claim seeking declaration of his rights over the suit property and for injunction. The respondent / plaintiff filed his reply to the counter claim on 14.11.2025.
4. It is seen from the E-Courts Status all the interlocutory applications were closed on 17.02.2026. Therefore, there may not be any impediment for the trial Court to frame issues and proceed with the suit. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Taking into consideration, the pleadings of the parties are already completed and pending interlocutory applications are also closed, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
