The writ petitioner is the writ appellant. The writ petition has been instituted claiming regularisation of leave and issue of posting order to the petitioner and to grant him encashment of earned leave and unearned leave, withdrawn of P.F. etc. 2. Admittedly, the appellant was dismissed from service. Dismissed employee is not entitled for terminal and pensionary benefits. However, the contribution made by the dismissed employee alone can be claimed in accordance with the rules in force. 3. The Writ Court has dismissed the writ petition and there is no infirmity as such. However, the respondents shall settle the admissible monetary benefits to the dismissed employee as per the rules in force, if any and if not settled already, the respondents shall settle the same as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. (S.M.S.,J.)
