He filed O.S.No.228 of 2022, pending in the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Jaggaiahpeta for declaration of title and permanent injunction. In the said suit, he filed I.A.No.397 of 2022 for grant of temporary injunction. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said application has not been disposed of though four years have been passed. 3. Considering the nature made in I.A.No.397 of 2022 and also the order proposed to be passed in the present civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. In view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned trial Court to consider and dispose of the I.A.No.397 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of the copy of this Order is produced before the said Court, in accordance with law, with due opportunity to the parties concerned.
