At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Jharkhand State Electricity Board has pointed out that this order is appealable under Section 60 of the Public Demands Recovery Act and [2026:JHHC:13209] -2- there are certain provisions of depositing certain fine amount. 3. In view of his such submission, it transpires that the petitioners are having the alternative remedy. As such, this writ petition is being disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy. 4. If the proper application is being filed by the petitioners relating to the limitation, the same will be considered, considering the fact that this writ petition was pending before this court.
