According to petitioner, he has moved an application under Section 6(i) of Citizenship Act, 1955. However, his application has not been forwarded by District Magistrate, Dehradun to Central Government. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- A. Issue a writ or order in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 01 to forward the application alongwith the report of the petitioner MHA File No: 2026080177 (Annexure No. 05- Page no.31-34) to the Respondent No. 02 alongwith all the necessary formalities in a time bound manner. B. Issue a writ or order in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 02 to forward the application alongwith the report of the petitioner MHA File No: 2026080177 to the Respondent No. 03 alongwith all the necessary formalities in a time bound manner. UKHC010139992026 2026:UHC:7394 C. Issue a writ or order in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 03 to issue a certificate for citizenship by naturalization to the petitioner. D. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus calling for documents pertaining to the Petitioner's application for citizenship by Registration bearing MHA File No: 2026080177 and connected records. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that as per pleadings made in the writ petition, date of birth of the petitioner is 15.09.1992 and he migrated from Tibet to India only on 12.05.2013. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to District Magistrate, Dehradun to examine the application along with documents enclosed with the application submitted by petitioner and if everything is found to be in order, then his application may be forwarded to the Competent Authority in Central Government within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
