This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, claiming the following direction: “to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in providing Service Wire and Poles to my existing Service Connection No 31 situated in Survey No 4 of Kammarayanimitta Village Konapalli Revenue village Yadamari Mandal Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the official Respondents to provide Service Wire and Poles to my existing Service connection and pass. 2. There is no appearance for the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents has furnished written instructions issued by the Assistant Engineer Operation Section, APSPDCL, Yadamari, wherein it is stated that the claim of the petitioner for restoration of service connection has been complied with in the year 2016 itself and that the service connection has since been restored and is presently in force. 4. Therefore, in view of the restoration of power supply to the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is closed. No costs. 6.
