Affidavit of service, as filed be kept with the record. 2. In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The application of the petitioner seeking transfer on the spouse medical ground has been pending with the School Authority since 2025. 4. The school authority is directed to conduct the requisite medical examination of the petitioner‟s spouse through the BMOH and if found eligible to forward the requisite “no objection certificate” along with other documents including the certificate of the BMOH to the concerned District Inspector of Schools by May 30, 2026. 5. If found eligible, the concerned D.I., will take all consequential steps to forward the same to the Commission as expeditiously as possible. 6. Temporary suspension of „Utsashree Portal‟ will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner.
