Naruka, AAG JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order [2026:RJ-JP:25599] (2 of 3) [WRW-180/2024] 08/07/2026 1. By way of filing the instant review petition, a prayer has been made for recalling the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14873/2011 submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that the above writ petition submitted by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on a technical count that the petitioner was not having requisite experience of five years for getting appointment on the post of Prabodhak. Counsel submits that the issue of appointment of the petitioner remained under litigation and the appointment was delayed by the authorities concerned. Hence, under these circumstances, the period consumed after the order passed by this Court till the date of appointment, is required to be taken into account for the purpose of counting the experience. Counsel submits that if that period is counted, then the experience of the petitioner would be more than five years and he will be eligible and entitle to get appointment on the post of Prabodhak. 3. Per contra, learned State counsel submits that the post of Prabodhak has already been abolished by the order of the Director Elementary Education, Bikaner dated 22.11.2021. Hence, under these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to get appointment on the said post. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar. 5. Considering the arguments put forward by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State and looking to the fact that the post of Prabodhak has already been abolished by the [2026:RJ-JP:25599] (3 of 3) [WRW-180/2024] Government authorities way back in the year 2021, this Court is not inclined to recall the order dated 30.09.2024 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14873/2011 submitted by the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the instant review petition stands dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/54
