The affidavit of service filed today is kept on record. 2. The petitioner's application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the 2025 is still pending. The School Authority has issued the No Objection and declaration but has not forwarded the same to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur. 3. Since the Utsashree portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode. 4. The School Authority is directed to forward the said application along with No Objection and declaration by May 16, 2026 to the respondent no. 5, the DI (SE), who shall accept the same for 2 onward progression of the application by May 30, 2026. 5. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
