Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, with liberty to surrender before the learned Trial Court. He further prays that, in the event the petitioner surrenders and files bail application, the same may be considered expeditiously and in accordance with law. 2. Heard. 3.
