Learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that complaints filed by the petitioner have been considered, inquired into and subsequently closed. He further submits that there exists a private dispute between the petitioner and the temple administration. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, we dispose of the petition with a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to serve a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within a period of one week from today.
