Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today, is taken on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved that he is unable to make online application for obtaining his retiral benefits including pension. Presently he is unable to log in as there is an endorsement which shows that the matter cannot be processed in view of the pendency of Court proceedings. 3. Admittedly, the earlier proceeding being WPA/2593/2015, has been dismissed on 08.02.2023 and there was no other pending proceeding. 4. The concerned District Inspector of Schools has filed a report, a copy whereof is kept on record, intimating that the School Authority has not finalized nor sent the requisite papers to enable the concerned D.I., to process the pension and other retiral benefits of the petitioner. 5. In view of the afore-stated, I direct the petitioner to submit all requisites before the Scholl Authority by 30.04.2026 in the offline mode. 6. The School Authority is directed to submit the requisite papers of the petitioner to the concerned D.I. by 15.05.2026. P a g e | 2 7. The concerned D.I., will process the paper and forward the same to the respondent no. 2 (DPPG) who will process the paper of the petitioner and if found eligible will issue the Pension Payment Order by 15.06.2026. 8. With the afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
