The petitioner's application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the 2025 is still pending. The School Authority has issued the No Objection and declaration but has not forwarded the same to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Dakshin Dinajpur. 3. Since the Utsashree portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode. 4. The School Authority is directed to forward the said application along with No Objection and declaration by May 15, 2026 to the respondent no. 5, the DI (SE) who shall accept the same for 2 onward progression of the application by May 30, 2026. 5.
