Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authority. 3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the school. The petitioner had applied for general transfer on medical ground. 4. Such application has been pending since 2022. The school authority has not taken any decision in the matter. 5. The Head of the institution namely, Harishchak High School (HS), (respondent no. 6) is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner upon requisite certification by the concerned BMOH by May 30, 2026 in accordance with law. 6. If found eligible, the case of the petitioner shall be forwarded to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) by the school authorities along with the application and the requisite ‘No Objection’ certificate by June 15, 2026. The 2 concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) shall take all consequential steps in accordance with law. 7. Temporary suspension of the ‘UTSASHREE’ portal will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an Offline mode. 8. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 9. There shall be no order as to costs. 10.
