Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J. 1. Mr. Anshu Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. G.S. Negi, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. According to petitioner, he was appointed on contract as Psychiatrist in Civil Hospital, Roorkee, District Haridwar and he served in that capacity between February 2019 to January 2020. The grievance raised by petitioner is that his salary due for the months of February to June 2019 has not been paid, and he has also not been issued any certificate regarding the experience which he earned while serving as Psychiatrist. 4. The reliefs, sought in the writ petition, are as under:- I. Issue any writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent no. 3 to be directed to provide the experience letter to the petitioner of his work from the month of February 2019 till februray 2020 2019 in Civil Hospital Roorkee District Haridwar. II. Issue any writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to pay the salary of the month of February 2019 March 2019 as per pay scale. UKHC010124902022 2026:UHC:6957-DB III. Issue any writ, order or direction to call the attendance register of month of February till june 2019 from Civil Hospital Roorkee Distcirt Haridwar. IV. Issue any writ order or direction to the respondent no. 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent no. 3 for harassment of the petitioner, and for attempt to erase the presence of the petitioner from the attendance register of the Civil Hospital Roorkee District Haridwar. 5. Having regard to the pleadings made and reliefs sought in the writ petition, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to approach Chief Medical Officer, Haridwar by making a representation. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to Chief Medical Officer concerned. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by CMO, as per law, within four weeks thereafter. (Pankaj Purohit, J.)
