The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the financial condition of the Petitioner is deplorable and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 3. Considering the above circumstances, the order dated 06.01.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1361 of 2025 in Crime No.30 of 2025 of Gudem Kothaveedhi Police Station, passed by 8the learned Trial Court9 against the Petitioner, is hereby modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall furnish a Bank Guarantee for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only), while all other conditions imposed by 8the learned Trial Court9 in the original order shall remain in force and shall be duly complied with by the Petitioner. 5.
