By way of this Application, the Applicants seek to carry out amendments to the ROHIT RAMDAS GHUGE Digitally signed by ROHIT RAMDAS GHUGE Date: 2026.09.19 17:21:09 +0530 36-REVN-579-2019.doc Rohit Ghuge Revision Application, which are set out in the Schedule response part of the Amendment Application. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants that the amendments essentially seek to introduce further grounds and contentions in the Revision Application. Upon being confronted with the fact that, the amendment sought are in the nature of contentions and grounds which can be canvassed by him during the course of the final hearing of the Revision Application, learned counsel for the Applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Amendment Application with liberty to raise such grounds and contentions as are available to him in law during the course of the final arguments in the accompanying Revision Application. Needless to say that, the learned counsel for the Applicants is at liberty to advance all such contentions and grounds as are available to him in accordance law and in consonance with the record in the present case. 4. In view thereof, Interim Application No. 5375 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn. It is also brought to my notice by the learned counsel for the Applicants that during the pendency of the Revision Application, Applicant No. 2 - Jayram Subhaiya Hegde has expired.
