According to petitioner, her husband is critically ill, therefore, she may be transferred permanently to somewhere at Haldwani. 5. Learned State Counsel, however submits that if petitioner has any grievance regarding her transfer, then she can make representation to the Competent Authority. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to the Competent Authority, which is on record as Annexure 9 to the writ petition.
